Masseria Santanna is a special experience in an authentic and ancient stone residence located along the transhumance route, and still maintains its original features where echoes of the past meet the comforts of the present.
Accommodations:
The three rooms designated for our guests are located on the first floor, accessed by a typical 19th century original staircase made of "chianca pugliese" stone, which also covers the floors. They are simple environments with an antique taste, furnished with essential amenities, all equipped with a private bathroom.
Our guests can use the outdoor space, a large garden immersed in the greenery of typical courtyards, relaxation areas and an outdoor pool built in stone and surrounded by dry walls, which make the area very private, warm and with an breathtaking view.
We offer our guests the large breakfast room converted from the ancient stable, where they can cook their own meals and also use the outdoor barbecue to grill meat, fish and vegetables.

Masseria Santanna has an enviable position to get to know our territory, just a few kilometers from the coast of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Cisternino, Ostuni. A one-day trip allows you to comfortably visit the Sassi of Matera or the Baroque city of Lecce. During your explorations, we recommend tasting our typical dishes: focaccia, panzerotti, taralli, mozzarella and burratine, friselle, bombette and fish, or the typical and indispensable orecchiette.

Our breakfast is Italian-style: healthy, sweet and complete, with warm croissants, espresso coffee, cappuccino, local biscuits, cakes, cereals, muesli, yogurt, bread, butter, jams, spreadable chocolate, fruit extracts, fresh fruit, and sweet ricotta. It can be enjoyed in the breakfast room or outside under the shade of a comfortable wooden gazebo.
Most of the products we provide are made in-house or by local producers, depending on availability.
Upon request, we also provide a savory breakfast and are happy to meet any dietary requirements or preferences of our guests, such as intolerances, allergies, or specific food choices.
